Wild 'n' OUT Terms and conditions.
1. General Information
1.1 These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors to Wild 'N' Out.
1.2 By entering Wild 'N' Out, parents/guardians accept these terms and conditions on behalf of themselves and their children.
1.3 The bespoke children's play area is designed for children of specified age groups; age restrictions must be adhered to for safety reasons.
1.4 Management reserves the right to refuse entry or remove anyone who does not comply with these terms.
2. Parental/Guardian Responsibility
2.1 Children must be supervised by a responsible adult (18 years or older) at all times.
2.2 The facility does not provide childcare services; parents/guardians are responsible for their child’s safety and behaviour.
2.3 Parents/guardians must ensure that their children follow the play area rules and respect others.
2.4 Management is not liable for any accidents that occur due to lack of supervision.
3. Safety Rules
3.1 Children and adults must remove shoes before entering and must wear socks at all times.
3.2 Due to allergies, no external food or drink is allowed.
3.3 No rough play, pushing, fighting, or bullying is tolerated.
3.4 No sharp objects, toys, or personal belongings should be brought into the play area.
3.5 Any illness, injury, or accident must be reported to a staff member immediately.
3.6 Management reserves the right to close any part of the facility for maintenance, cleaning, or safety reasons.
4. Hygiene and Health
4.1 Children showing signs of illness (fever, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.) should not enter the facility.
4.2 The soft play area is cleaned regularly, but parents/guardians are encouraged to ensure their child maintains good hygiene practices.
4.3 Any child with an open wound, contagious disease, or infection should not use the play equipment.
5. Liability
5.1 The facility and management accept no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
5.2 Management is not liable for any injuries or accidents occurring due to improper use of the equipment, lack of supervision, or non-compliance with safety rules.
5.3 Parents/guardians agree to indemnify the facility against any claims arising from their child's actions or behaviour.
6. Booking and Payments
6.1 Entry fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
6.2 Party bookings require a deposit, which may be non-refundable depending on the cancellation policy.
6.3 Management reserves the right to cancel or reschedule bookings due to unforeseen circumstances.
7. Code of Conduct
7.1 All visitors must treat staff and other guests with respect.
7.2 Abusive language, aggressive behaviour, or vandalism will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the facility.
7.3 Any damage caused to equipment by misuse or reckless behaviour may be chargeable to the responsible party.
8. Amendments
8.1 These terms and conditions may be updated periodically. Visitors are advised to check for updates before visiting.
8.2 Continued use of the facility implies acceptance of any revised terms and conditions.
